above par, far above

G2 was just too aggressive during flickerball today, and I’ll be honest, our vibes barely survived. Nevertheless, C2’s most energetic, beautiful, radiant team made the most mediocre come back. I cannot say I had a strong role in this feat, but I supported all the athletes that made it happen.

While flickerball vibes proved sub-par, my run with the one and only circus commander proved anything but. A sign of a good run has to end with some achy legs and a tired mind. This had to be one of the best runs i’ve been on since September. better mind, better legs, better lungs. Did you know, a version of Orecchiette, kale, meatballs (turkey, ofc), and a whole clove of garlic became trev’s quarantine specialty. He is definitely one of the humans with a multitude of talents across random- or maybe not so random- life areas. Can anything in life be truly obscure if we acknowledge its existence in some capacity? We’re all really here for recognizing the random.

a little multimedia post for all my multifaceted friends.

is it always there?

sometimes granted more space with a little more heed

urging you

pushing you

to go out, to do more

a reminder that you must accomplish

to accomplish

anything.

But did you care today?

Did you find someone’s eyes and feel what they felt.

Did you invest in something new

something old.

What about you?

Let’s pretend like we haven’t been thinking of ourselves all day,

and dilute our thoughts of self and think instead of us

Tomorrow is temping

but now offers us this real and utterly pure state.
